already used it countless times on pump-in my car tire. use it to jump my and someone else's vehicle and started with no problem. was lucky to have a heavy duty extension cord to charge it up. not everyone has a garage and power tools/cables so might be an issue for you if you don't have it. other than that, it's great. charge it like once every 2 months or so...
