This coffee maker has a very low footprint and as such fits in tiny places. I use mine in a recreational vehicle, in particular when boone docking. This way no need to start the generator for high voltage. I have several cigarette lighter plugs around the RV which allows me to plug either in front, or in the kitchen or in the bedroom.
The unit looks good, nicely contoured and easy to use. The reusable filter seems a little thin, but works well. I might be using regular paper filters to extend its life.
The plastic cup is a little light but holds the temperature well. The coffee taste good, but it is probably more a function of the brand than the coffee maker. The other day, we also used this little appliance to warm up water as someone wanted tea.
I am very happy with this product and would like to recommend it to anyone who needs coffee when only a 12 volt plug is available. Perfect for camping, on the road, the boat or the RV.
