We had some water damage on our carpet, the beginnings of mold and mildew stains, regular soap and water and regular branded spot cleaners weren't doing the trick. We had some of this for our outside awnings and saw this worked on carpets as well. Sprayed direct onto the carpet (which was already moist due to water damage) rubbed lightly with dampened cloth and it was like magic, discolored stain and coloration gone,fresh looking carpet remained. We're going to get a carpet cleaner and use this to clean all the carpets in our house, we're very impressed. No nasty smells, biodegradable, it's a wonderful product.
